Trustee through 2018
Laura Dubester came to the Berkshires in 1977. Laura seeks to ‘demonstrate the positive’ wherever possible. She served as co-director, along with her husband, at the Center for EcoTechnology (CET), a non-profit organization, for more than 30 years. CET helps people, communities, and businesses carry out their daily activities with less environmental impact. Now, Laura chairs the Stockbridge Green Communities Committee, tutors English as a Literacy Network of South Berkshire volunteer, and has served on the Laurel Hill Association Board of Directors for 11 years. She plays the piano, weaves, gardens, and enjoys the Mary Flynn Trail by foot or by ski.
