Annual Meeting, Laurel Hill Park: Hidden in Plain Sight

Stockbridge, MA | Saturday, January 31st

The Laurel Hill Association is pleased to announce that Pat Flinn will present “Laurel Hill Park: Hidden in Plain Sight” at the Association’s Annual Meeting on January 31 2026 at 3 PM at the Stockbridge Library. Her presentation will offer members and the community a deeper look at one of Stockbridge’s most treasured and often overlooked public spaces.

Pat is well known for her love of maps, research, and for her ability to transform historical and geographic detail into engaging and accessible presentations. This passion has informed much of her volunteer work and has been especially valuable in her long association with Laurel Hill Park.

Pat served as a trustee of the Laurel Hill Association for 41 years, including 36 years as Secretary. During her time, she played a vital role in preserving the organization’s institutional knowledge, supporting its mission, and contributing to initiatives that have shaped Stockbridge’s landscape and civic life.

After moving to the Berkshires as a teenager, Pat spent her entire professional career at Berkshire Life Insurance Company in Pittsfield, retiring early after more than 36 years in Information Technology. She has devoted decades to community service, serving on numerous nonprofit boards and municipal committees, including the Literacy Network for 10 years, the Stockbridge Visitors Center for 20 years as Secretary, the Stockbridge Zoning Board of Appeals for 11 years as Secretary, and the Stockbridge Green Team for 12 years. She currently serves on the board of the Olga Dunn Dance Company, has been Secretary of the Williams High School Alumni Association for 35 years, and is the LHA Representative on the Stockbridge Cemetery Commission.
